B2C web platform that turns a personal photo into a custom 3D-printed figurine. Upload a photo, an AI pipeline generates a stylized 3D character, the customer approves a preview, and the figurine is printed and delivered. Built with a partner; live at shelfie.space.

Behind the project.
End-to-end B2C product: a customer uploads a personal photo, a generative-AI pipeline (Gemini API) restyles it into a 3D character, a 3D model is generated and shown as a preview the customer approves before ordering, and approved figurines are 3D-printed in full color and delivered. Python backend services and a TypeScript storefront run on Google Cloud with separate dev, staging and production environments. Operations include an internal order-management admin panel, Sentry production monitoring, n8n marketing automations and a Meta ads funnel.
